The Christmas party will be held, Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Oakdale Golf Club from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There will be a 3 meat buffet, games, music and more. Click here for more information.
November Vette Happenings Newsletter Now Available The new November Vette Happenings newsletter is now available. In this month's issue you will learn more about the Fall Color Run, the meeting minutes from the October general meeting - BE SURE TO GET YOUR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS IN BY NOVEMBER 1st!, CRCC nametages, officer duties, for sale, and more!
We will be leaving from Grossman Chevrolet in Burnsville on September 1st. We will caravan there, for their “Meet and Greet” breakfast and then depart at 8:00 am. We will be traveling with the MN, SD, & ND caravan to Beloit, Wi. where we will pick up there caravan. From there we will travel to Bloomington, Illinois where we will stay for the night. Also attached is the info on how to reserve a room there. At 8:00 am we will leave for Effingham, where we will join the Illinois and Iowa caravan. Then we will tour Mike Yager’s museum and Mid America. From there its on to Bowling Green arriving around 6:00 pm. The Celebration schedule should be out in January with all the details. We have reserved 15 rooms for our club to attend the Caravan Celebration in Bowling Green. We were able to contact a gentleman by the name Ron Cohen, from LA at Gorilla Travel. He has set aside 15 rooms for our club in Bowling Green, Ky. and if you make reservations you have until Memorial Day 2009 to cancel. Each person needs to contact Mr. Cohen at gorillatravel@aol.com on your own and make your own reservations for Sept. 2,3,4,5 2009. You will need to give the following information when you send the email.

For those of you who couldn't make it we will try to have another shoot later. If by chance you have a photo of your car and yourselves, please email Ron a digital copy and we will include this on our website. Also we will plan on taking pics on our Fall Run for those that have not had theirs taken yet. 2008 Corvettes for a Cure Show Our 2008 show was a resounding success.
